Terms and Conditions:

The BITAM contract fee
includes the following services:

› Registration fees

› Rental of the space during the exhibition, set-up, and dismantling periods

› General lighting of the pavilion.

› Carpeted floor with protective plastic during assembly

› Cleaning of common areas

› General security service.

› Delivery of credentials for exhibitors and stand personnel.

› Use of the fair's general services.

› 5 kW electrical panel with 500 W plug.

› Electricity consumption.

The turnkey stand includes the following items:

› Modular structure and walls.

› Exterior signage with company logo.

› Stand lighting

› 1x1 m storage space (from 24 m²)

› Furniture for hire (see conditions depending on the number of square meters contracted).
